4How does Kaiyue control product quality and stability?
Key processes are controlled from material traceability, heat treatment, welding or precision machining to thread accuracy, coaxiality, appearance, and final inspection.

5What material and process points matter for drill pipe production?
Steel materials are sourced from qualified large steel mills and inspected by batch. Kaiyue drill pipe bodies can use R780 steel with upset and thickened ends to increase the friction-welding contact area. Friction-welded areas are tempered to reduce internal stress, while 42CrMo couplings are heat treated and deeply nitrided; the core hardness is about HRC 34 and the nitrided surface can reach about HRC 57.

7Why can reverse circulation drill pipe improve cuttings return and sampling?
Compressed air goes down through one channel while gas and cuttings return through the central inner tube, which suits deep-hole and complex-formation drilling.
The double-wall structure separates the inner and outer flow paths, so cuttings return rapidly through the inner tube. This helps reduce blockage, lower stuck-drilling risk, and keep samples cleaner by avoiding mixed layers.
